Very, very nice place with fireplace in living room, you really feel Austria and Mountain, very closed to slopes, restaurants and apres ski. The hosts are eager to give you all the information and they make your stay amazing. We recomand Auszeit!

The location is excellent. Both for the bikers in summer but I guess also for the skiers in winter. The breakfast was very good, with enough food to fill your tank before riding a bike.

Very friendly personnel, wonderful food (especially dinners!), great location just by the lake and only few minutes by car from the ski resort and moreover, dogs are welcome here :-) We really enjoyed the stay here and I can fully recommend it to everyone who comes here for skiing and/or hiking.

    I only looked at the geographical location when booking, only 30 mins from Hallstatt by car. Turned out, that the little town and accommodation itself is in a wonderful location. Room was quiet, spacious and clean. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was good. Host was very friendly. There is enough room for parking. I wish to come back one day!

    We stayed here in April. The hosts are charming, wonderful, and hospitable. I still remember Ms Posch, a wonderful woman! We had a great time looking at the wonderful panorama from the balcony. It was one of the most beautiful places we could stay, with an incredible view from the window! It is a quiet area. I want to come back)

    Awesome location in a cozy little town with all you need in a walking distance. Super quiet and clean apartment, perfect view, cheerfull and friendly host (danke schoon for local goodies), spacy parking spot, multiple nature attractions in the vicinity.

    The apartment is perfect, very clean, fully equiped and really huge. We stayed during winter holidays and enjoyed great location near Russbach ski areal. The apartment is really quiet and bedroom's windows are situated to the beautiful garden with mountain view. Everything you need is close to the accomodation - shops, cafe, restaurants, pharmacy.

    The location is beautiful, it is surrounded by beautiful mountains, the host is excellent, there is nothing more that could be added to. I would definitely recommend for a nice quiet retreat in nature. Recommend visiting also the water park in Abtenau, really nice place for families with kids.

    The guesthouse is part of a smaller family farm. Pleasant hostess, beautifully cozy and at the same time exemplary clean entire pension, plenty of space, warmth, excellent breakfast including own products from the farm. Every detail is elaborate, tasteful decoration of the room and common areas of the guesthouse. We would love to come back again sometime.

    We loved every minute spent in the Appartmenthaus Oberlehen. House is located in a secluded off road location with breathtaking views on the mountains. Such a peaceful and relaxing place! Apartament is spotless clean and spacious with fully equipped kitchen, so cooking for the whole family was really easy! Great location- quiet and peaceful, great spot to visit all the attractions in the region! Host is super friendly and caring for her guests, thank you Sabine for everything!
