The property cleanliness, location near attractions, restaurants, supermarket. What we loved the most was the owner madam Resi , everything we needed was offered before we asked for it. The apartment kitchen was fully equiped with particular attention to quality. Resi was friendly and welcoming , we felt at home at all times . At the end of our stay, we felt we have a new friend abroad, not only a pleasant guest. We will definitely come again.

    Beautiful guesthouse with the most amazing hosts, Manuela and Andreas. We had booked two separate units, but were offered a bigger apartment at no extra cost to accomodate all four of us. We only stayed one night, but the overall impression was excellent. The breakfast was absolutely amazing with the best selection you could ever hope for. Would definitely stay again.

    Outstanding breakfast! Attention to detail throughout the property is fabulous. huge house with spacious rooms and beautiful decor. Good on site parking, Super friendly hosts. Can't recommend this guest house highly enough.

    This without doubt is our favourite guest house for many years. The rooms are fantastic Gitti is the most welcoming hostess we cannot praise this lovely place enough everything was again perfect and we did not want to leave !!

    We had a great stay - very comfortable accommodation, lovely views and a great host who went out of her way to help us and put on a lovely breakfast each morning. Alpbach is such a charming village with some great spots to eat and there was a bus to the ski lift from just outside the property which made everything very easy. Would highly recommend!

    Great location for those who are on public transport once you arrived at Raika bus stop follow the signboard arrow for 300 or look up from the bus stop the guest house is situated slightly above (up hill). Friendly and helpful host Mrs. Woll.

    The location was so beautiful, the views from the guest house were stunning. It was a great location for walks and hikes, so much in the area to do. The accomadation was fantastic, spotless, well equipped and comfortable, also beautifully done in the alpine style. We were made to feel so welcome, our host was wonderful, so warm and friendly, and available if we needed anything or had any questions. I could not fault any of it, it was an amazing; trip, location, accommodation and host.

    The hosts were superb! They were so helpful and informative. The breakfast was exceptional! Great location. We have been coming to Alpbach for many years and stayed all over (hotels, guest houses and apartments) but I have to say this guest house was one of the best places we have stayed. The vibe, decor and rooms were great! We will definitely return.
