After hiking for 29 kilometres over the Alps, climbing some 1700 metres in one day, I was very glad of a comfortable stay at Haus Margrith. The bed and duvet were so comfortable that I slept really well all night. Breakfast was varied and enormous! The fruit to go with the yoghurt and muesli was especially welcome.

Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
It is brand new and has all the required facilities. Very cozy atmosphere with lots of room for our group and the luggage. It is located a little outside the village, still close enough to walk, with a very nice terrace offering an impressive view of the mountains across the valley. Hosts are super friendly, but not overbearing.
Great location (close to forest and tourist paths, far from the main road, good parking, close to supermarket)
Very nice, cosy and well equiped apartment.
Very welcoming host, lovely breakfast, nice indoor pool, clean and comfortable room with a balcony and well-stocked kitchenette. Very comfy bed! Family friendly place but would also be nice for couples. The room felt nice and private and we couldn't hear other guests.
Oliver was lovely and very helpful with good tips on things to do in the local area. Felt like a home away from home!
Local area was also very nice, we'd recommend the walk to the nearby waterfall and stop in at the distillery shop on the way back.
Very nice staff, very good food (we had the demi-pension), location is good for trips and when snow for ski. All is clean, restaurant is modern, afternoon cake very good. Room very spacious and with a view. nice bathroom with toiletries. Opening times very friendly. They have kids program, even though for our stay we did not attend.
The wonderful host welcomed us with a smile and provided everything we needed to have a memorable stay in a beautiful setting. Breakfast was prepared with love, fresh bread and local specialties. The location made it easy to go hiking without having to use the car or the conveniently located bus stop.
Brand new, stylish and spacious mountain apartment, located in a beautiful mountain village in Bregenzerwald. The hosts are incredibly nice and helpful, will definitely come back!
Friendly owners, excellent kitchen (top quality French cuisine), Italian espresso machine, great location, sauna, extremely quiet and relaxing vibes.
