Very good breakfast. The rooms were cleaned daily and we found small chocolates on the bed, which was especially appreciated by the children. The location is close to the ski lift, so you can get there on skis. The ski storage room has a boot drying rack. The hosts were very kind and they offered us a packed breakfast for the last day, when we left very early.

I had a nice stay in this appartment. The room was big and comfortable and the breakfast was very tasty. The staff was very frendly. I had a late check in and it wasn't a problem. Loved my stay there.

    Superb natural location with stunning view over the valley. Clean, warm accomodation unit with everything functional. Fits up to 4 persons. Discrete hosts and quiet environment. Short (15 minutes by car) every day trip to the ski slopes in Bad Kleinkircheim.

    It is a family hotel. Considering that the building needs to be renovated, there are certainly some shortcomings, but for us, there was great and I will only mention the advantages of this accommodation. Friendly host Mr Lorenz, spacious and clean rooms (we were stay in room 18, with two levels), comfortable beds, tasty food ( buffet for breakfast and for dinner you choose one of four dishes). This hotel is near Bad Kleinkirchheim and Gerlitzen ski areas. Good valuable-quality ratio.

    Beautiful lake and mountain view from the apartment. Kitchen is very good equipped. Beds are very comfortable. Also, the apartment has balconies on the two sides, so you have also and forest view. If you come by car, there is a private parking. Last but not least, the host Daniel is great guy.

    Great location, very beautiful area. Hosts were very mice and friendly. House and specifically our apartment was very cozy and clean. Great for family trips… Next to the house u can find Tennis which is big Plus if you in to it :) lake is only in walking distance… Highly recommend.

    I liked the very kind, caring and friendly hosts! The apartment is very clean, has everything you need, amazing views of the mountains and the lake! fresh air and quiet place! very spacious accommodation! there are many animals on the farm, my children were delighted!
