Amazing breakfast. great cheeses and yoghurt, ham, soft boiled eggs, various peppers and cucumbers, fruit, breads and rolls with jam, various cereals. Most important though were the hosts. We wanted to take the bus into Vienna since it stopped right next to the pension. The host said that the best thing was to get two day-pass tickets, one for the bus to Vienna and one for all city transit. That sounded good and then he insisted on going to a shop down the street and purchasing them for us, even though they were still serving breakfast. It made our day, we went all over the city. Truly helpful!
Pension Haus Sanz is located in a green residential area easily reachable from the A2 and A23 motorways. The Vienna State Opera is reachable by tram in 25 minutes.

Great location, new development w/ a tram station right in front of it.
Innere Stadt is relatively easy to reach, by tram or foot. The commute to and from the airport, a piece of cake.
Clean, clean, clean and last but not least, the mattress was very comfortable!
