Great location, new development w/ a tram station right in front of it. Innere Stadt is relatively easy to reach, by tram or foot. The commute to and from the airport, a piece of cake. Clean, clean, clean and last but not least, the mattress was very comfortable!

Pension Haus Sanz is located in a green residential area easily reachable from the A2 and A23 motorways. The Vienna State Opera is reachable by tram in 25 minutes.

The hotel apartment was much bigger than I expected and it was perfect for our family of 4. The hotel staff were very helpful and responsive and offered great customer service. We enjoyed the comfy beds, relatively quiet street, and wonderful area for exploring local less busy cafes and restaurants. Hoping on to nearby trams made reaching all major attractions easy. Our only issues was a small maintenance concern that the hotel staff addressed quickly and courteously.

The staff on the first day was a bit grumpy. I cannot blame her much as she was the only one running around. The shower booth was super small (1x1m) You cannot move much in there. Breakfast was lame and boring (if you go there during busy time, it‘s pretty chaos, tight space) Best experience of this hotel for us probably is location.

Very good location. Near all tourist attractions. Room was decent size; lot's of storage. I like that it has chairs and tables that makes the room more homy. Love the double doors to make us feel more secure.
