The guesthouse is in a great location in easy walking distance through a nearby park to the old town, major sites, shops, the river and many restaurants. The general guesthouse area has many bars and cafes and a youthful population because of the university. We had a large, quiet room to the rear of the house with a small balcony overlooking the courtyard. The comfortable room was simply furnished with good heating, a large bathroom and kettle for tea and coffee. Breakfast was typical fare - cereal, fruit juices, cold meats, cheese and bread - plus boiled eggs on request. More than sufficient to start the day. Staff member Viki was most attentive and helpful. The onsite butcher shop/delicatessen also offers casual lunches (hot meats, salads, etc) at moderate prices. Overall, good value for money.

A fantastic family pension, clean and lighty, located in the green and quiet part of the city, 15 minutes away from the Eggenberg Palace (by foot) and 25-30 minutes from the city center (by tram). People were extremly helpful, the food was fresh and tasty. When we arrived, it was snow flakes were floating everywhere, on the steet, over the houses around and it was a fairy tale atmosphere! The only thing I regret about our stay is the fact that it wasn't longer!

Very sweet pansion with nice, clean rooms that have everything you need for a short trip. My room had a tiny kitchen with fridge, microweve and electric grill oven. Beautiful church on the hill with view of Graz 100 metars away. Hofer and Billa are 2 minute walk away. Exelent fast food King 200 metars away. The city center is a little further but you can take the city bus. I highly recomend it for the price..
