Location was good. The reception gave us a family room, which was great. Food was ok.

The breakfast was great, and the service was warm and personal. The hotel supplies a locker storage for your ski equipment near the lifts, which is super helpful considering the hotel is uphill. The sauna room is a nice addition after a day of skiing.

The property was clean, spacious and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful. There was a heated rack for ski boots and gloves, and you could ski almost directly down to the property.

Amazing stay at the Ualm hotel with its friendly staff that made you feel right at home. Especially the owner Martin who was very engaged with the customers. I was impressed with the breakfast which even catered to people on a vegan/plantbased diet. It was very tasty and plenty. We will definitely come back! Martin even gave us a farewell present.
