United StatesPension Bergkrista is a quaint comfortable property in Helingblut. We got a large room with a small kitchen ( which we didn't use) and what looked like a sauna! We could easily walk everywhere and the chair lift is right next door.
Breakfast was decent and the owner was delightful to chat with.

They offer some food (during my stay it was schnitzel, burger, pasta) - that is useful because there is no shop or restaurant nearby. After riding bicycle on Grossglocknerstrasse in rain, I needed place to dry clothes and spend one night. Eventhough I arrived before 1pm and my room was not ready yet, host let me in and offered me tea while I was waiting my room to be ready. My stay was pleasant.
