Everything was perfect. The room was so clean, smelling good, and it’s so comfortable. I had an amazing night of sleep there. Michael was very polite too. It’s not situated right on the tourist area, which is a big plus for me, but you can go there in just a few minutes, if you want to.

    The accommodation is situated in a beautiful location with stunning views. Lake Grundlsee is a beautiful quiet location, very suitable for family holidays, pleasant swimming, fishing in the lake. The apartment was cosy, clean, superbly equipped, e.g. many kitchen appliances, washing machine etc. The hosts were very friendly, helpful, gave us tips on excursions and events in the area, were interested in us all the time to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. Definitely recommend to try :-)

    Everything was perfect. The hosts were very nice, the apartment was big, spacious, beautifully cleaned. We had a balcony with a wonderful view. It was quiet to relax which we appreciated. Well equipped kitchen and everything else. The location also suited us, it was a short walk to everywhere.

    The flat is on the ground floor of the house, the hosts are living upstairs. Excellent, beautiful and quiet location, extremely friendly and helpful hosts. Very well equipped kitchen, high quality local products in the bathroom (soap, shampoo etc.), elegant interior design, sparkling clean apartment. Relatively close to famous locations, but far enough to be quiet and peaceful. There were no guests after us, so we were allowed to stay until the late afternoon. We were here only for a weekend, but felt too short!

    The apartment is located in a very quiet, beautiful neighbourhood. The apartment is spacious, extremely clean and full off small items that help you feel at home (eg. large number of games, toys, beach towel, suncream, coffee, welcome marmelade). We had a very relaxing stay with our 4 year old daughter. Hosts were friendly and available next door if needed.

    Ferienhaus Rosl is a comfortable and spacious wooden house in Grundlsee. The lake is within walking distance. There is a good supermarket and bakery nearby. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The hosts are friendly, our kids received gingerbread, and we got some local beer as welcome. It is a great base to explore Salzkammergut region.
