Very loud noise in the room from a high voltage transformer right above the beds. In the café bar below the room there was loud music until very late after midnight. We were not able to sleep almost at all. If the music stopped at midnight and the loud noise from the transformer wasn't there the room would be acceptable.

Despite being far from the center this is a good option to stay in Vienna. The Metro is less than 10 minutes walking, the rooms are big and the beds are comfortable. Bathroom has a very good size and the WiFi is correct. Also there is a fabolous Greek restaurant close by. Go there and eat.

Pension Haus Sanz is located in a green residential area easily reachable from the A2 and A23 motorways. The Vienna State Opera is reachable by tram in 25 minutes.

Location was close to Reigen Live and thats why I chose it, but it is a bit far from the actual inner city. Room and apartment were beautiful, clean and the facilities needed were working fine, host was friendly and helpful.

The Location was excellent, close to main attractions, shops & public Transport. The room was clean and comfortable with good heating, Kettle & Mini fridge. Even though it faced the road, because of the triple glazed windows there was no noise from out side. Although the breakfast had to be take to the room to be eaten. That suited us fine. The breakfast bar was always well stocked & the bread rolls freshly baked each morning.
