A fantastic family pension, clean and lighty, located in the green and quiet part of the city, 15 minutes away from the Eggenberg Palace (by foot) and 25-30 minutes from the city center (by tram). People were extremly helpful, the food was fresh and tasty. When we arrived, it was snow flakes were floating everywhere, on the steet, over the houses around and it was a fairy tale atmosphere! The only thing I regret about our stay is the fact that it wasn't longer!

It is not like a hotel but just like an AirBnB. I booked 3 -bedroom apartment for my family but the owner just arranged 1-bedroom apartment for us. His explanation was that the lock of the 3-bedroom was broken... and asked us if we minder to stay inside for one night without looking the door... For such a big surprise, they did NOT send me a notification in advance... not at all! The entire communication to solve the problem was also bad... At the end, not a good solution...

Very sweet pansion with nice, clean rooms that have everything you need for a short trip. My room had a tiny kitchen with fridge, microweve and electric grill oven. Beautiful church on the hill with view of Graz 100 metars away. Hofer and Billa are 2 minute walk away. Exelent fast food King 200 metars away. The city center is a little further but you can take the city bus. I highly recomend it for the price..
