This was a beautiful little B&B. The surroundings are truly wonderful, situated in a forest where one can clearly hear owls (a novelty for me, a city dweller). The house has a beautiful garden and the room is very cozy and inviting. Unfortunately I only managed to wake up in time for breakfast once, but it was plentiful and filling - the host (Alexandra) was always asking if I had enough, wanted anything else… Alexandra is truly a very nice person, always trying her best to help :)

    Perfect weekend with the kids. Had everything we wanted and more.. We walked from there to Zotter Chockolade on a route recommended by the owners, and had an amazing trip. Even saw some deers. The vinyard is beautiful, the wine is great (grape), and the hosting family are lovely and caring. Apartment is also beautiful with a high level of equipment. A real treat in a postcard like scenery.

    Lovely bio-farm with passionate host, ready to show you not only pigs, hens, turtles, etc, but also making a tour to show you their dedication and hard work in order to provide people with best quality food, created in full harmony with nature. In the moring you can meet not only cats but also a wild roe-deer outside while lying down in the hammock.

    Spotlessly clean, modern, well equipped kitchen area, good shower, comfortable bed, good wifi. Everything top quality throughout the accommodation. The village was wonderfully quiet, with a small but well-stocked shop, a basic pub and an hourly train to the city of Graz. A good base to explore this lesser-known region of Austria, provided you have a car. Tip: a pleasant 30 minute walk along quiet lanes takes you to the Buschenschank of Erich Christiner, with excellent and affordable wines and food. Just check the irregular opening hours.
