It's a bit of a curiosity- still in renovation stages and will likely be wonderful one day. Beautiful wall papers and tiles. The beds were comfortable. General furnishings in the home are great and a work in progress. The free breakfast is a Continental breakfast- quiet good- variety of breads for toasts, fresh fruits, cereals, yoghurts, milks (dairy, oat and almond), teas and coffee. Can order a cooked breakfast for extra cost. Good value hotel overall. Good parking. Nice garden.

Beautiful building and guest rooms. Exceptionally clean. Pretty decor. Lovely continental breakfast. Friendly staff. My only negative is that you easily hear people in the neighbouring room. It was lovely, though, and I’d have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this guesthouse and definitely would stay here again and again!

The cottage is in a great location within walking distance of shops, cafes and restaurants but out of hearing range of the highway and train line. Quite a beautiful setting.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
Everything. Beautifully restored old building furnished appropriately and in perfect taste.
Everything provided, beds, linen, even toilet paper, was of the highest quality. Breakfast supplies with tea and good coffee were plentiful and available to guests at all hours. Our host was charming and available and helpful at all times. Also great location, lovely garden and quiet.
The Boutique Hotel is exactly what we were after. Cosy, historic and close to town. Virginia was an excellent host and made sure all our needs were catered for. The property has been well restored and maintained, and I would recommend it to others for short stays with their partners or families.
A charming old listed guest house. Warm and cosy in the evenings with a fire on in the guest lounge area to relax after a day of hiking. Very tastefully decorated in line with its age. Chris was a lovely host and would check in on guests regularly
Great location, quiet, peaceful, clean, comfortable and relaxing. The hosts were very welcoming and provided good tips on local activities. I can definitely recommend staying here and will be revisting myself.
Great location with an amazingly friendly and informative host. Exceptionally comfortable bed. It’s a quiet and restful stay that allows you to escape the hurly-burly of everyday life.
Secret Hideaways is quaint, quiet and in a lovely location. It affords you privacy and is an excellent ‘anchor’ point from which to explore the Blue Mountains area.
Your hosts, See and George are very welcoming and supply you with all you need and more (eg. top ups for breakfast, ensuring your wood supply [for your cosy wood heater] is sufficient, information about the area and suggestions for places to eat) without impinging on your privacy.
Beautiful quiet and private location.
George and Seenuan are great hosts and looked after us with genuine personal interest. My wife and I loved it and will be back.
Great hotel! Staff lovely. Very quiet. Great location! It was excellent. Old building and decor but that’s what makes it great! The whole experience was charming. The breakfast was very cute! We really enjoyed it.
