This was my second time in stayed Hamptons In Rye Cottage! Location is perfect close to the hot springs and cafe/restaurants. Hosts were friendly to communicate with and check in/check out was seamless. I think I have found my regular accommodation to stay in future when visiting the area. Thank you for a lovely stay

Cottage was immaculate, cosy and very comfortable to stay in! Easy to find, clear instructions on how to access property and secure parking and property. Susan and Felix went above and beyond to make our stay excellent and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again :)

The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, and the interior felt like a games room. Playing pool while watching TV was, for us, a lot of fun. We had a slight minor internet issue and it was immediately resolved by James, which was great. We had a great time. More so than we have anywhere else.

    The room was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We found it to be very quiet and did not notice any traffic noise. Great location and much cheaper than other suburbs nearby. We walked all the way along the beach to Rye for dinner and walked back by the path along the road.
