Beds were comfortable, location was great , room was warm . Rubbish in bathroom left by previous occupants and bathroom needed a good clean with bleach. Place needed a dusting. Only one variety of tea available . Check in was easy . Most economical choice.

The seclusion and intimate ambience of this phenomenal retreat made our Wedding weekend so fulfilling. Romantic decor is classy and there’s serenity one abundance.
So much comfort and privacy in an idyllic bush land location.
Jo is a supreme host who did everything to ensure our stay was the best possible - she sets the Gold standard by which all others should be compared.
Nothing was too much trouble for her. If you’re looking for a romantic escape location then seriously consider this.
Exceptional value is offered.
Wish we could rate Jo and her venue higher.
Thank you so much Jo.

Property was clean, comfortable, airy, quiet in a garden setting and thoughtfully equipped with games, and books.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
Great location in a quiet area but only a short walk to the main centre. The little cottage was cosy surprisingly spacious and the host has thought of everything you need for a short or long stay!! We are definitely going back!
Our family had an amazing stay at the Months and Seasons country house. The home is spectacularly designed and the look and feel is classy and luxurious yet homey and spacious. It has all the amenities for a great Daylesford getaway with its quiet back garden, outdoor tub and your own private sauna!
It was great being able to bring our fur baby with us too. It’s a great location, close to the main strip of shops. And Mary was a great and responsive host. Definitely a recommended stay if in Daylesford!
Charming and lovely place, everything was neat and clean. Feels like home, including all the amenities needed. Great location, near the main street and the lake. The host was very kind to us, would recommend and come back!
A great house in a quiet location, which was only a 15 minute walk from town. A group of 7 of us went here and had a really enjoyable time, with enough space to socialise together and also not feel we were living on top of each other! Stephanie was a great host being very responsive, and added a few nice touches for our stay. Would absolutely stay here again.
