So many nice extra items that you usually don’t expect to be there, everything was there. It was plenty enough space for five of us (three adults and two children). Nice backyard. Great location close to the city center, supermarkets around the corner, Geelong waterfront etc. We have already booked Mimosa cottage for our next stay in Geelong. All of the facilities were in working order (TV, dishwasher, microwave). I found that it was pretty quiet and in a great location near the Geelong city centre, so I had no issues travelling to the beach or to the shops.
