Room was very comfortable. We had the King Room with the Balcony to the outside over looking the street. Didn't really like that the flashing lights for Christmas that were left on all night and day. We didn't see the switch outside until the morning so should of turned them off earlier. Not so sure about the breakfast as serve yourself. Seemed a bit strange. We had plenty of fresh food and it was adequate. The owner should reconsider the cooked breakfast option like previous owners had as it was a good option. Close to shops on Swan Street and the Campbell Stores as only a short walk away. Clothing stores only generally open Saturday and only till around 2.30-3pm.

starting off the morning with a fresh loaf of homemade bread and having it with avocado and jam was a special touch. it is a quiet serene location that offers solitude and the pleasure of being able to just walk the vineyards and surrounding area or just sit quietly and enjoy a book. It is run by Connie who was delightful and provided us a wine tasting as well from her family's winery which is run by her father Phil.

Everything, from the warm welcome by Julie to the beautiful and pristine room to the delicious breakfast. A gem amongst accommodation providers.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
Cute. Loved the high ceilings. Beds very comfy. Great location right in heart of the area - good for taking breaks to rest when needed. Quiet spot with restful gardens & nice water dragons.
Great location in the middle of the residential area, so very quiet. Great pool, kids loved it. Very clean. Nice staff. Has all the necessary amenities. Not far from Hunter valley. But local shops and restaurants are great.
The location is very good, nice, and quiet at night. Very comfortable bed and sofas.
Breakfast was nicely presented and satisfying. Our host and hostess were friendly and helpful.
The apartment was beautifully decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable. The fold out bed/ lounge for our adult daughter was a bit tricky to manage but we got it right in the end. A very quiet location but not out of town. Our hosts were very friendly and informative about the local area - Morpeth. Plenty of room for a couple but privacy was an issue for a family with the layout of the bathroom. Lots of open space in the bath area!
Beautiful spotless quiet room. Comfy bed. Great location. Easy check in and check out. Great breakfast on the beautiful sunlit balcony.
