Lovely facilities in a good location in Byron - right in the middle of the industrial estate and the town centre. Takes 20mins to walk into the town centre. My room and the facilities were really clean and comfortable. In room 6 I had a little kitchenette and separate lounge area which were great. Despite being located on a busy road, the noise didn't bother me at all. If you're fully self sufficient and don't need any assistance during your stay - this is the place for you!

Located just 600 metres from Belongil Beach, Away Guesthouse- Away on Shirley Lane features accommodation in Byron Bay with access to a garden, barbecue facilities, as well as a housekeeping service.

Everything was perfect, easy access with contact less entry. Beautifully clean and well presented. The only thing that was concerning was my room was at the front of the house and with no blind or tint people could see right into my room.

    Facilities were modern and the property was exceptionally clean. A very comfortable bed. A quiet area but still close to the middle of town. Our host was friendly and offered to let us use some facilities in the main residence if needed.
