The aircon in room one has a little bit of a leak switch drips onto the kitchen cabinet and needs some maintenance. Very comfortable bed. Great location. Beautiful common areas. We loved this place and could have stayed longer. Also loved Byron bay. The cookie sheets in the kitchen had dried food on them (that could have been from another guest) and the hallway needed a good vacuum (it was raining when we were there and I think more sand was tracked in).

    Facilities were modern and the property was exceptionally clean. A very comfortable bed. A quiet area but still close to the middle of town. Our host was friendly and offered to let us use some facilities in the main residence if needed.
