This property is a gem! The owner was so friendly and helpful for when we had questions about stuff around. We got to hang out with the resident Border Collie, Murphy Brown. The house is so cute and is in a great spot outside of Healesville. The drive to town is only about 5 minutes. Great working AC and nice spacious living areas. They provide great bathroom amenities including shampoo and conditioner and plenty of towels. the farm views are amazing and my husband and I enjoyed watching the local birds during sunset.

    I stayed in Hush Cabin which was a lovely, quaint but surprisingly big space. It had a open plan living area with kitchen, dining and lounge with a separate lounge area with the fireplace. It was all very comfortable. Hot tub worked well, heating was excellent, the bed was comfortable. Surrounded by beautiful forestry in a quiet, secluded street but also very very close to town. Lovely place to spend a relaxing weekend reading a book by the fireplace and exploring the Dandenong Ranges.

    Comfortable, warm and charming little cottage.Pete is a friendly host and happy to offer help as needed without being intrusive. Loved the welcome chocolates, fresh bread and jam. Wonderful peaceful location.

    A cosy quiet retreat run by a delightful and generous host. The copious snacks were welcome as were the small pretty touches, like gorgeous pink glasses and mugs. An excellent double shower. There’s a huge shed to park in at the top of the driveway.

    This is our second stay at Monreale House. Everything is amazing - location, accomodation, breakfast. Hygs is a wonderful host. The cottages are secluded, well accommodated, clean, cosy and quiet. This place is a must for anyone who wishes to relax and escape from the busyness of life.
