Beautiful building and guest rooms. Exceptionally clean. Pretty decor. Lovely continental breakfast. Friendly staff. My only negative is that you easily hear people in the neighbouring room. It was lovely, though, and I’d have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this guesthouse and definitely would stay here again and again!

I booked this as a gift for my son and daughter in law and burradoo studio did not disappoint. Lynne was very responsive in organising everything. Lovely touches on arrival. They had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend burradoo studio in the heart of Leura. Thankyou

Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
Lovely Victorian style accommodation with separate kitchen nand a room for watching TV. All ingredients for breakfast were provided for you to prepare yourself. The gardens were beauctiful. Accommodation is charming and private., Very quiet and relaxing.
Loved being greeted with a friendly, smiling owner who greeted us by first name. Felt like a we were like old friends, so welcoming. It is nestled in a secluded mountain area backing a national forest, very quiet and peaceful. Loved being able to cook our own breakfast (as we had to leave early) and there was more than enough available and good variety. Quaint period style, which we loved and so comfortable. Large spa helped wash away the days travels and eased our weary bodies. Lovely rambling garden.
Nicely designed and very comfortable modern guest suite. Quiet location, in quaint suburb, close drive to local shops and outdoor activities. Lovely added touch to include free breakfast.
Fiona, the host, was extremely welcoming and helpful. The location is handy (an easy walk to Springwood station and town centre) and very quiet, despite being on the highway/railway line. The bedroom and bathroom were nicely appointed, and the adjacent kitchen well equipped. I was very appreciative of the provision of a portable air-conditioner given the extreme hot weather on one of the days. I was also grateful for the flexibility afforded on checking out.
A fantastic selection of breakfast options were in our room plus a few extra surprise treats. Beautiful property with lots of charm and next door to a great walk into the Blue Mountains National Park. Really quiet and tranquil and extremely lovely host.
Quiet, quaint and had everything we needed. Geoff was a fabulous host even lighting the fire for us each afternoon so we would be warm when we returned from sightseeing. will definitely book again.
Loved the scenery and quiet. The bathroom was modern and bed was very comfortable. The host met us upon arrival and was so nice!
