Nice open quiet space to relax and was close to all local amenities. Bernie the dog was very cute and playful. Getting up close with the horses was also a great experience.

There wasn't any breakfast, the place was closed down, they sent us to Riley's BnB just down the road, we paid $299 for the night I wouldn't advise anybody to pay $2.99 a night, it was a shit hole,I can't figure out why they call it a BnB and don't do breakfast.

The bathroom was amazing! Great location. Very comfortable bed. Easy to find. Hosts were excellent communicators and very generous! Super cute little puppy! Even the rain didn’t dampen our stay!

Private and quite spacious. Specific parking space . Everything was very clean. Lots of thought given by owners regarding inclusions such as an outdoor bbq, small vacuum cleaner, washing machine and washing powder. Lots of items such as ban aids, included.

Evans Bed and Breakfast is a good spot to stay. I was in the single room (#1) and it was perfect for my 2-night stay. The single bed and pillows were really comfortable and an extra blanket was provided although I didn't need it. There is a hanging rack with hangers provided, as well as some storage cubes for your stuff if you want to unpack your suitcase. A bedside table with lamp is handy too. The bathroom was very clean and spacious. Two towels and a face washer are provided, as well as a range of shampoos, conditioners and body wash. The kitchenette has a toaster, kettle, microwave bar fridge and a fridge/freezer that was perfect for my self-catering needs. The breakfast supplies included in the price is generous in the variety of cereals and the quantity left out for guests to eat. There was plenty of milk, bread and spreads, as well as coffee, tea, hot chocolate and biscuits. The loungeroom is spacious with comfy couch, and Netflix is available on the bug screen TV. A coffee table is conveniently placed near the couch. The ceiling fans and lights in the lounge and dining areas are each on separate switches so it's handy to turn on only what you need. The motion detected light in the hallway is a clever touch as well. Evan was on hand to answer any questions and was happy to have a chat. I highly recommend Evan's place if you need somewhere to stay on the Central Coast.
