Excellent location very close to centre of Ypres and the Menin gate. A comfortable room, comfortable bed and helpful host. David communicated with us in advance and was waiting for us as we arrived.

We got an upgrade on arrival in the main mansion so probably not rating the right room here but wow was it amazing. Lots of cachet! The details in the decoration! The bed was incredibly confortable, the bathroom was gigantic, the coffee delicious, perfect location, nice lady at the reception. We were happy it rained one day just to stay in all cosy!

    Very warm welcome by the hosts. Excellent, plentiful and delicious breakfast. Very spacious apartment with an upmarket, boutique feel. The bedroom-bathroom- living space is all open plan, with a separate dining space near the entrance. Very comfortable bed. Great location and just a short walk into centre of Ypres, very quiet and peaceful area.

    Friendly and welcoming host who made sure to show us the property and give us all the important details. The house was quite spacious, very comfy couches on the living room and kitchen was well equipped. Having a toilet in the ground floor was helpful with a large group booking. Location is a quiet side street so you don't get any traffic noise. 15min walk to the city centre, about 5min drive.

    The welcome and care provided by the host is second to none; she could not do more to make the stay better. The hotel is very clean. The room and bathroom were spacious. We loved the Japanese lavatory with the automatically rising lid but we did not try the other functionality! The breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choice. Great location set just off the centre of town for peace and quiet but only a short walk away.

    Very friendly host, welcoming g and informative. Allowed us to park bikes in garage but does charge €10 which we were happy to pay for secruity. Good breakfast with lots of choice. Nice well maintained garden if you want to chill in garden. Nice and quiet environment. Great location for city and walkable to menin gate. Would recommend and happy to stay again when next in Ypres.

    A wonderful house in a quiet corner of the town. If you are lucky parking is easy and the walk int town charming. A stroll on the ramparts (which the house overlooks) is restful on any day. Wonderfully friendly host, communicative and clearly wants you to enjoy your stay at the house.

    The flat was very clean, quite new and very well equipped. It had everything we needed, very much appreciated. It was very comfortable and quiet. We also liked all the information that Geert our host had left on the table, to visit places nearby. The flat was in a great location, really close to the city centre. Parking was no issue. We had a great time and should we come back, we would most certainly choose this flat again.
