No airconditioning but fresh enough for me (AC in brasil is so strong everywhere, it was good to be here) and there were fans, great location near the first beach and easy access to the other beaches. Our room had everything we needed with an amazing view at the ocean and a nice shared area at the pool. The breakfast was plenty with good variety and fresh fruits. We were in a big group and the pool/reception area was a convenient and comfortable place to gather with well priced drinks and a pool table. The breakfast was a bonus and included the usual eggs, breads, cheese, cold meats etc. i was happy with the breakfast. The private room has air con and is comfortable and good value for money.
