Carport, terrace, and some nice add-ons such as hammock, warm water in the kitchen (first accommodation ever where I saw it in Brasil), or filtered drinking water supply from the tap made it perfect for us. Regina is a caring and loveable host and, at the same time, very professional in managing the stay in her place. She can provide very useful information about the area.
