Loved the location for scuba diving near by. I was in room 8 which had its own porch and hammock which got used quite a bit. It was great location for food. Wifi was strong. Staff were excellent. There was a small kitchen with water available. Only downside was my room didn’t have an attached bathroom which I knew when I booked. Had kayaks and bikes for use. Would stay here again!!!

This was a great stay, a bit outside of the bustle of the main tourist street. We had everything we needed, including bikes, water, and even help booking our taxi from the water taxi to the airport. Thank you!!

Clean, private, away from the downtown bars and restaurants and in a more local neighborhood, which we prefer. Host, Mike, was proactive and easy to communicate with both on-site and via text.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
Quiet spot on the busy cay caulker island, great hosting and a real home-feeling. Just the perfect spot for our trip. The free bicycle use makes it even more easy to explore the beautiful island itself.
Great location in the thick of it all. Directly on main road. Understand, it’s not quiet or private. Close the storm shutters for a more peaceful sleep.
Our Host was always very careful, helpfull and kind. It was much appreciated. If i came black to Caye Caulker, no doubt that i'll be back to Sea n Sun Guest House.
Clean & quiet in a great location. They have bike rentals at very reasonable rates but we mostly walked everywhere.
There is a loud bar next door but once inside our room it was not noticeable.
We felt we had good value for the price.
We really loved the place. Very nice little cabins with porches and great location! The host is very friendly and provides free coffee in the morning which you can tap from a machine at the lobby. Such a friendly and welcoming gesture. There is a little coffee shop two doors next to the Bounty where you can buy really good breakfast and smoothies to go!
Just out of town and very quiet. Loved the well equipped kitchen, great tv reception, great wifi, bikes, screened porch and the pool. Great host and staff. It was easy to walk to the airport and downtown. Low bug count.
Really nice relaxed guest house, and really good value for the island. Biggest plus was the host Cecilio, an absolute legend, who made us feel very welcome. Had the best recommendations for the island and made us feel very at home. Also the rooms are comfy and despite being close to the main strip, super quiet.
