A snug, comfortable 1 bedroom suite on the mainfloor of the owners' home in a quiet residential neighbourhood. The kitchen was well-stocked with cutlery, pots, pans. Beautiful front yard! The location worked well for us.

Just as magical as you think it would be, if not more!
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
Quiet rural area. Enjoyed all the animals especially the small black calf who liked his head rubbed. Bed was comfy, AC was a blessing during the heat wave as was the steady breeze out on the patio. Kitchen was well set up for cooking.
Wonderful views, beautiful garden, wildlife on fantastic deck overlooking the sea. beach access and great location for exploring the coast. Bed was also super comfy!
We loved the set up of the house. We really enjoyed spending time on the patio on the comfy furniture watching the sheep, and other animals. It was a very restful spot, very quiet. We adored the fresh eggs and goats milk that were in the fridge. The cottage had what it needed: hot plate, fridge, coffee maker, air fryer/microwave. The shower was really lovely, roomy and lots of hot water. We enjoyed the bed and bedding, very comfortable.
Very friendly and welcoming staff; comfortable, well-maintained and very clean rooms featuring Keurig coffee makers (always appreciated); our room had a lovely, quiet rainforest view; nice breakfast with some hot items (wished there was a bit more fruit on offer); well-equipped gym and a small swimming pool with a waterslide which would be great fun for kids - a very nice hotel with plenty of amenities.

Beautiful scenery, great hosts, comfortable beds. Very quiet. Lots of hot water. Good restaurant attached to the facility and close to Ladysmith and other great restaurants. F
