Our hosts were amazing and the quality of the breakfast was brilliant. Paula’s homemade blueberry scones were absolutely wonderful. There was a common room with TV and board games as well as a kitchen with all the necessary equipment. The patio was really nice with seaview and with good weather you can even enjoy breakfast outside. We sat outside, having an amazing breakfast, prepared by our incredible hosts, Johan and Paula, and saw the humpback whale swimming in the bay in front of us. You think I am making this up? Nope. It was just like this. This is an awesome place to experience the friendliest hosts ever and to have all the beauty of Canadian nature and wildlife in front of you. Johan and Paula are great hosts, absolut friendly and they know what hospitality means. The view from the pergola is amazing and with some luck you see bald eagles picking up the fishbones directly from the garden. The varied breakfast is super tasty. The breakfast served every morning was more than we could finish and very tasty. Port Alice is a real gem and I recommend everyone to visit to experience the sleepy town amongst the backdrop of some awesome nature excursions.
