We had access to the kitchen and living room, both of which were beautiful. Carol was a very welcoming host and gave us a tour of the residence. The host was quick to answer my calls, welcomed us even when we arrived late evening and showed us a spacious basement suite. We had the entire place to ourselves. Bed was comfy, sheets were cooling and we appreciated how quiet the place was. It isn't fancy by any means, but it's comfortable and worth the price.
