CanadaThe staff, Kai, was super helpful. He gave us relevant info and answered all our questions and did his best to accommodate our requests.
The room was very neat and clean. We had everything we needed: tea, coffee, cups, plates, etc.
The bed was comfortable.
Kai was very responsive whenever I contacted him via WhatsApp.
Considering how expensive Basel is, I feel I got great value for what I paid.

FranceThe owner actually waited for us, even though this was a self checking guest house. He brought our suitcase upstairs and fetched some more bottles of water. So nice and thoughtful!

I liked the rural location, but close to public transport, free parking and a restaurant on the site. The staff was nice too. The room overlooked the nice garden. I will return
