Marco and his family are wonderful hosts. They were super helpful with their local knowledge of transport,mountains,trails etc. the rooms were cosy and comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty,plentiful and good coffee. This is a great value hotel run by lovely,friendly people. The hosts are really friendly and are attentive to everything you may need. The town, Grächen, has a perfect location to visit the Zermatt and Saas-Fee valleys, and still be quiet. The kitchen is complete with everything you need to do simple cooking. The rooms were both very clean and pleasent. The host leaves all the details covered, such as wood for the external fire place and board games. It was a great stay in a great small town.
