The hostess is very nice and warm-hearted. The location is excellent. It takes only one minute to walk to the bus stop. The house is very quiet at night and the sound insulation is great. Highly recommended!

    I had a really great stay at Chalet Memory. The flat is equipped with everything you could possibly need, and has a spacious terrace with a lovely view on the town. The area is quiet, and it is conveniently located for walking to the centre. Doreen was a great host throughout, and was always very responsive and helpful with any questions I had.

    The hotel is charming. Thor and Michelle are excellent hosts and could not do enough. Breakfast was delicious. The bar was very cosy. Our room was immaculate and super quiet. We will return.

    Great location, super friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfasts, Thor was a great host, and the hotel was had a lot of really nice local decorations etc that gave it a nice atmosphere and made you feel like you were living in a traditional place in the Swiss Alps.

    Great location - nest to main street and city center, but quiet at night. Great view from a roof top, you can have a drink and rest and enjoy the panorama of Zermatt village and Matterhorn in the same time. Great, helpful and friendly staff! We had much fun having a chat with them. Delicious breakfast! Enough to give you energy for all day hike :)

    Waking up in the morning to a clear Matterhorn view from bed was life changing, coolest hostel view so far. The whole staff was great, the most helpful of them all was the janitor when we arrived early, great guy! Really appreciated dinner being available on location as it was cheaper than food in town which was pretty far away. Bathroom was nice a clean and safe, and our room was comfy and quiet.
