The host Niki is such a great guy, he was helpful with anything we needed, and he arranged the Teking snorkelling day trip for us, which we highly recommend too. The location is right on the beach, and we utilised the free kayak rental every day. The property is very quiet, but there are several close food options nearby, so it was still convenient enough. Kitchen has everything you need and I particularly liked use of a blender to make smoothies from the fresh fruit supplied free every day. Use of a washing machine was a big plus too.
