Mauro offers airport pickup and drop off services as well as amazing treks around the area and is extremely knowledgeable.
Fantastic stay and would recommend. Very close to the town centre and quiet location and a great local pub for food and drink at the bottom of the steps!!
Comfortable rooms can be booked only 20 metres from Puerto Chico Beach in Puerto Varas. Wi-Fi is free and Santa Ema Shopping centre is a 5-minute drive. Private parking is free.

This was one of the best hostels I have stayed in I would highly recommend it for anyone coming to Puerto Varas. The kitchen was well equipped and you have free tea and coffee available throughout the day. Everything was clean and comfortable host very friendly we really enjoyed our stay. Location is close to the bus stops and we were able to stay on after checkout and use the facilities.

One of the best hostels I've stayed in! Very homely vibe, really kind staff who are helpful in providing any recommendations/advice needed on things to do, spacious rooms (I was in the downstairs room which had loads of storage space and space around beds, and really big single beds that were very comfortable, but can't speak for the other rooms), living room is really comfortable and it's very easy to meet other travellers, kitchen is very well stocked, apples in the garden which I picked every day.

Everything was good and the room itself was cozy and clean, great location, also the host was really really kind and helpfull, he provided us with all needed information on how to fully enjoy our time in Puerto Baras
The only “surprise” was that the privat bathroom inside the room didn’t have a shower, just a toilet. (and a sink). So to take a shower you had to go to the outside shred bathroom, which was set in a container with electric shower that was not hot enough given the low temperature at the time of our visit.

Cinthya and friendly, helpful family members run this large hostel. A large gathering dining room is a fun place to meet other travelers. You have access to the kitchen but without cooking appliances – which doesn’t make sense. A shared kitchen must have a stove – not only a microwave. Wonderful gas heaters in the rooms provided relief from the cold summer temperatures – just make sure the pilot light doesn’t go out or it could be dangerous in a closed room.

I arrived by bicycle after a very long and rainy day...totally soaked and tired. A nice fire welcomed me in my room and saved my life :) I really recommend this place, nice garden, really nice owner, kitchen, hot shower and cozy rooms.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
The hosts were really lovely and made sure to make the stay really comfortable - very nice bath towels provided, along with wholesome breakfast. Also toiletries were provided (including hairdryer which was a great bonus). Room is simple and modest, but was enough for us. It was really nice to have such wonderful hosts and we were well fed with the breakfast (typical Chilean breakfast but also with granola & yoghurt provided). Also there's a shared tea/coffee/ hot water corner available 24/7
These cabañas offer great views and are well maintained and equipped. We very much enjoyed our long evening in the hot tub. The hosts are exceptionally nice, welcoming and helpful. This is a great choice if you have a car and want to explore the surroundings.
