Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
Every morning, we were served a delicious breakfast. There are several different sorts of breakfasts to pick from, and the host always delivered the food at the time we requested.
Also, the presence of a standby generator ensured that we didn't suffer from any power cuts throughout our stay.
The staff were super friendly and very helpful throughout our stay.
The facility is an excellent choice for lodging during a visit to Douala, and I highly recommend it.
The apartment was really clean and confort, exactly as on the pictures. My stay there was more that satisfying. The host was very polite and welcoming and always made sure I didn't lack anything. I will definitely come again.
It was close to Santa Lucia and in a quiet street, with gate for security at night. Very comfortable couch and the bed was comfortable too. The host was very welcoming and easy to reach.
Armelle and her husband were great hosts, the property was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely recommend this property to my family/friends moving forward.
The host was very nice, welcoming and helpful. The location was quiet, yet very close to almost everything; easy to take a cab; few minutes away to super markets, banks, government services, bars and nightclubs.
What a lovely holiday home. We stayed for 2 weeks, nothing was too much for the wonderful women who run this, always clean and lovely breakfasts. It was my husbands birthday whilst we were here, we were able to have family and friends over for a party our hosts cooked for us which went down very well. Lovely quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of Douala. We will be staying here everytime we visit Douala from now on. Exceptional.
