United StatesWe decided to arrive a day early and the staff was able to find us a room, with a nice discount, that was great for our family. The following day we moved to the room we had booked, which was amazing - the family room with private courtyard. The courtyard is beautiful and has a seating area overlooking the wall. Perfect.
Staff is very accomodating, friendly and helpful, and worked with translator apps to bridge the language barrier.
Location is amazing - right next to the wall, and a few blocks from the South Gate.

Dorm beds are comfortable and the guests were observing the quiet hours. Shower and toilet blocks were big and kept very clean. The hostel has a bar and does a great value breakfast. It's clean, the staff are super friendly and will chat with you. It's in a good location close to a metro station that goes straight to the city centre in 5 minutes and also some fast food shops and a mini supermarket.
