The hosts were extremely helpful and super kind. They helped us get the tickets for the National Park and Tianmen Mountain, explained the routes perfectly, and even drove us to the entry of the National Park, which is close to the hotel. The room was comfortable and big, the breakfast was good and with a nice view.

Family hotel with friendly owners and very helpful while organizing pickups, excursions in the park and many more. Rebecca speaks good English which is unussual in China. I very much reccomend to stay in this nice hotel. This is ca. 2km to park entrance and town main street. Didi costs less than 10yuan

Amazing staff, really helpful even if you don't speak Mandarin. Location is really convenient for visiting Zhangjaijie Nat. park and also close enough to the Zhangjaijie West station by Didi. The village has all the commodities needed to be the perfect place to stay if you want to explore the area but also not have to worry about food options.

Zhangjiajie Wangyi Inn is only a 20-minute drive from Zhangjiajie Airport. Free WiFi access is available in all rooms.

The family was so nice , gentle and helpful about tour and excursion. There is also a funny dog and cute cat . I booked one bed but I had entire room for me with private toilet . I reserved a dinner , the “aunt” cooked the food and it was plenty . They offered me for free laundry service .

The guy in charge at the reception so cool! , he was really kindly. He drop us to the train station and was so helpfull with the info we asked. Also the breakfast so good! He was the best of the experience there.

Amazing location - few minutes away from Tianmen Mountain as well as the train station to go to your next stop after that. The room were super comfy, and we slept really well there as well. We really enjoyed our stay there. The landlady and her husband were super kind and helpful. We had no problem to make the most out of our stay thanks to them !
