The bed was extremely comfortable, the location and hotel were very quiet and safe. There were extra blankets for the cold. This hotel is very good for travellers who just want to rest and sleep. There is a 24 hour OXXO cafe/shop just 60m away. There is nothing wrong with this hotel.... my negative comments below refer to my expectations. There is a smart TV which was easy to connect to. The shower was powerful but cold water only. (Bogota is a cold place)
