Room was large and airy with a lot of storage space. The bed was huge and comfortable. Kitchen facilities were fantastic, large fridge freezer, microwave and four gas hobs. Plenty of plates,cups utensils and pans. Walking distance from central area and bus station. Owner very quick to communicate and checked that everything was ok. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Well, we really wanted to love the place, it looked like the scenery was gorgeous, close to nature. And it is! I mean, even though we have been recommended by people not to walk around alone much...
We arrived late in the evening and Daniela welcomed us even though it was after check-in time which we greatly appreciated.
The bed is comfortable.
Wi-Fi is good in the room.
There's a little walk within the property with signs to read about the flora and fauna of the area.
We had to leave a day earlier and they refunded us that day despite our booking rules saying otherwise. Very kind.

The location is great as it's only a few blocks from the main square. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. I was allowed to hand wash a few items.

Friendly helpful staff and a nice vibe. Good value for money. The owner very kindly got up at 4am to call me a taxi to the bus station so I could travel to Tierradentro (which is DEFINITELY worth the 5hr bus ride to visit, it was the highlight of my 2 months in Colombia!!). None of the hostels in Popayán seem particularly social or fancy, but this at least has a shared kitchen and smoking terrace where people can hang and chat, so think this is one of the best.
