United KingdomPlaya Kai is a remote gem of a place. It is private, calm and a wonderful place to just enjoy the sounds and sight of nature. The staff were charming and accommodating. They were quick to resolve any concern like the shower pressure.
The bathroom was great in a glamping setting.
If you want to nap in a hammock or read overlooking the ocean this is the place. Loved it.

Magnificent outdoor space with hammocs and a refreshing small pool. Walking distance to the village. Our host Marga is a wonderful and cultivate person who was next to us for everything we needed. We stayed for 5 nights and it felled like we were the best neighbours. We feeled very welcome and the kitchen had everything you need to make 2 or 3 meals a day (you can do groceries in small shops in Dibulla and we also went to a bigger supermarket in an other town). The rooms facing the ocean have a beautiful view and the beach in front of the hotel is really quiet. The bathroom is incredible and they have hot water.
