    Doris and Juan Carlos are wonderful hosts, we could not ask for more! If you have any questions, they will help you out. For us it was a wonderful evening and we really got in contact with colombian Locals. The appartment is nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, but close to the center. Thank you so much!

    VERY good value for money. Nice clean quiet room. Huge secure parking. Others have made adverse comments about the locality. It is a stone's throw away from nicer streets and perfectly safe unless you are the village idiot. And they take credit cards, no extra charge. Exceeded expectations by a country mile, considering the cost.

    I had a wonderful stay at Casa Familiar, the owners were extremely friendly and helpful. Every day Mrs Mercedes prepared a delicious Colombian breakfast. It really felt like home. Hot shower was definitely a plus! The neighbourhood is quiet and safe and there is a shopping centre within walking distance (a 5-minute walk). If I come again to Duitama, I will stay there again. Highly recommend!
