We were here for birdwatching, staying five nights and will almost certainly be back. The rooms themselves are nice, clean, and spacious. The river and natural area around the hostel is incredible. It's a short walk to a beautiful waterfall or, in the other direction a gorgeous beach. The immediate area has a ton of bird life, friendly local people, and is safe and easy to walk around. The owner of the hostel has been exceptional from the start, just incredible hospitality. He has helped us arrange trips to both Tayrona National Park and Camerones Beach to see the flamingo colonies. The icing on the cake has been the outstanding food. Everything we've ordered here has been excellent, a testament to the chef! We really have no complaints and would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking to come for a birding or jungle getaway.
