TOP. I had wonderful time there. Not just because the great place, but first of all because of Zaira. She was accommodating, helpful and elevated my entire stay in Rincon del Mar to the highest level. Absolutely the best breakfasts! And I must not forget the lovely Caracola.

I LOVED IT HERE SO MUCH! If I could rate Palenque 100/10 I would. Everything exceeded my expectations. The Staff is so kind and helpful that it felt like we were old friends. the food was delicious, the drinks were good, and the location is the BEST ONE in Ricon del Mar; it feels like a private beach.
I recommend Palenque and will come back!

The location was good. But the customer service needs an improvement. More information about local information or where to get food specially in the evening. The room itself was clean except for the dusty fans but the common areas were ok. The wooden chairs on beach need some TLC.

Amazing property right on the beach. So clean they change the beds every day and clean the rooms. They have a rooftop in the shade to work or sit and relax as well as chairs, tables, sun lounges and brollies on the beach. We did a free paddle board activity in the morning which was great, the staff are amazing and so helpful! They got us a taxi back to the bus station, were always so enthusiast and smiley. We ended up extending our stay because we loved it so much! Thank you we will be back!

Very comfortable stay. The owner of the place gives a lot of personal care to make your stay pleasant. She helps you with finding great places to eat, booking tours, and exploring the area. Location is great just a few blocks from the main square and everything on walking distance.

The location was great, just a few blocks from the beach. I was able to do a short walk back and forth which makes it perfect. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and private, beautiful garden with lots of trees to enjoy. The lovely couple who runs it was beyond our expectations, they were very attentive, helpful, friendly and overall great hosts. I cannot express my gratitude with them as they took us in and made our short stay so pleasant. I would rate them 10/10 on everything. We stay in the loft, but we were able to arrange breakfast and the cuisine was very delicious. I would go back in the future.
