Like staying with family or friends or even with a local. Excellent infrastructure MUCH appreciated. Costa Rica is about the adventure and we really did not mind some of the typical CR nuances like not being able to flush toilet paper and the so-called “suicide shower” heads (don’t worry, we had many and they are fine) or spotty internet. However, we did certainly appreciate that Jan had provided such great reliable infrastructure! Great internet - fiber with backup option HOT shower with pressure - not the CR shower head Flush toilets compared to paper in basket Reliable power - solar backup Great a/c Quiet and private with expected “life noise” - parrots and other jungle sounds, motor bikes, dogs. Nothing that bothered us at all. Completely safe, gated, free parking Water drinkable - has been everywhere Coffee, sugar, oil, salt pepper, some spices Full refer, drip coffee, microwave, cooktop Toaster oven, tabletop baking oven, toaster Big bed - quite firm Books, games Room to spread out and be comfortable Two separate baths with showers - liquid hand soap provided along with some shampoo/conditioner Two small but sufficient TVs Lounging area Some reviews mention cleanliness. It is clean enough and where it counts. No bugs or other creatures inside or anything else that bothered me and I am a clean freak. It felt lived in or like staying a friend’s house or with a local family. We were at the end of traveling Costa Rica for a month and felt very comfortable relaxing and winding down here. Clean pool - bug spray, sunblock available Host onsite - very helpful, speaks English Not easily walkable to things but lots of taxis in Quepos. If you are there for a while I recommend renting a car for a few days. I am sure Jan could help you arrange that. A well equipped and spacious apartment. The friendly host wiling to help with any need.

The host was very kind and accommodating. It was very clean. The location was very convenient.

The hosts for Case Quepos are friendly and excellent. The bedroom was clean and offered a good night sleep. Breakfast is an optional choice. Breakfast is a very tasty traditional Costa Rican breakfast with egg, rice, beans and fruit and good coffee.

Beautiful fully equiped large studio surrounded by nature Wake up to bird song from the rainforest. We even saw howler monkeys on our last day here. Lovely deck with hammock and rocking chairs. Fully equiped kitchen with free coffee. Easy access to Manuel Antonio, by car 5 mins, by bus 10 mins. Safe and secure. Definitely recommend.

A/C only in bedroom. Excessive heat so would be alone in room for comfort
