We stayed in Casa del Café for one night the day we arrived in Costa Rica. We only spent the night and left early the following morning. The location a short drive away from the airport was perfect, the house is beautiful surrounded by a big garden, the hosts very attentive and friendly.

I had an early morning flight and found this hostel to get to the airport quickly and conveniently. I advise you to download the app Uber, in 10 minutes you will get to the airport and the trip will cost you about 8 euros. Very spacious and clean. Huge equipped kitchen, cozy lounge and super atmosphere. Nearby are a huge number of great restaurants and 5 minutes walk to the local market with all the typical products.

The house was clean and tidy and made a good impression. A comfortable room with facilities (eg Refrigerator, ice) available in the kitchen area adjacent to the breakfast room. Breakfast was 'tipco' but nice with lovely fresh fruits and good coffee. The courtyard was pleasant to sit out in during the evening and apart from barking dogs (external to the property) was very peaceful.
