Just a great place to stay, very uncomplicated, good recommendations concerning rentals/taxi/overall things to do, payment process swift and easy. Easy to leave your stuff if you have a late flight. Unbeatable price for what you get, I would definetly stay again. Owner went out of his way to make my stay comfortable.

The apartment is in an excellent location close to the older part of the town where there is a park, banks, shops, bakeries and lots of restaurants. During the day, outside the apartment is quite busy as it is opposite the post office, but after 6pm there are lot of free spaces to park a car. We tended to stay out until this time then park our hire car and pay for a couple of hours in the morning while we ate breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, the restaurant below the apartment is really good and Gabriela cooks wonderful healthy meals which are either vegetarian or vegan - she even made me a birthday cake on request! We didn't find the restaurant at all noisy in the evenings and in fact slept extremely well. The apartment is just right to make yourself feel at home for a week. The only source of hot water is in the shower but it is consistent. There were plenty of towels. We didn't try the oven or gas hob as we preferred to eat out. Syd, the host/owner was very helpful and friendly. She organised a taxi to and from the airport which saved us being mobbed by the usual taxi touts. It was great that we were able to message her at any time on WhatApp if we had a problem. She also has a restaurant in another part of town, although we didn't discover this until the last day and so didn't get the chance to try it. Overall an excellent place to stay and I would recommend it.

Absolutely everything especially Mamadu, who looks after the house!!! For the very first time I was travelling on my own and I did enjoy every minute! House is absolutely beautiful with amazing views from the patio and sitting area which is pretty much at the swimming pool. There are so many plants around that you feel like in a jungle literally, but that my kind of house. Peace and quiet area ... except for the roosters, but I did love it as well, as brought me back to my childhood when I grow up in the village. And the most important factor why I did love this place so much is that I was on my own, so all house was to myself!!! Fortunately, Mamadu was there any time I did need anything!
