Staff was exceptional with excellent communication. The sweet receptionist arranged a massage for me and it was great. The room was very comfortable with a large bathroom. Breakfast had a wonderful variety of foods and beverages.

Location is just terrific, overall experience of spending a weekend in a real medieval tower, is not something you or your daughters will ever forget.

The room was very cute. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was good size shower had hot water. Kettle in room and had instant coffee. My senior mother and I were happy with our stay. The young lady was very helpful. Yes bar below the room made some noise but it was okay. Would recommend,
