charming place, furnished with lot of restored wooden pieces, rather generous bathroom and overall very cozy. Nice breakfast and friendly people running it. Bakery, cafe and restaurant downstairs only add to good experience. Was one of the most affordable places in the area, super-close to mountains and definitely a great value for the price!

The staff is very nice, we loved them! Including the cooks :) The facility itself is very spatious, clean and very well equipped. The wellness basically mended our broken bodies after our run up on Mt. Snezka and down. This was definitely not the last time we were coming here to Bouda Mala Upa!

    Cute, neat studio apartment. It has a good lawn area facing the church. Nearby Ski town of janske lazne is accessible 10mins by bus. Bus stop is 3mins walk from the property. Host is very kind and sweet.

    Very friendly approach during our whole stay. Cosy place, family friendly. The hosts were very kind. Room was on the smaller side for a family but we spent most time outdoors anyway so it was enough for just sleeping.

    I liked the guest house as the location was excellent for my skiing plans at a very very convenient price. So if you don't need modern, fancy property and you're comfortable with a clean, well-heated house with a friendly host, I can totally recommend this option.

    Clean, warm, very good food, excellent value for money. Cheap and very good breakfast. Parking just at the door. Nothing more you can ask for this money you pay there. Excellent budget place if you need such.

    Very attentive and respectful hosts. I loved the availability of a sauna, which was so perfect on a slightly cloudy/ rainy day. The quietness of the location, the proximity of the trails, a nearby water spring, and the "rybnik" pond for swimming were perfect for me. Breakfast was okay, not exactly what I'd normally eat, but satisfying. Nevertheless, I really enjoyed discovering some typical Czech dishes for dinner. Jana is a good cook! Great experience overall.
