We are a family-owned guest house in the heart of Bohemian Switzerland in Czech Republic and try to offer our guests a homely and welcoming atmosphere.

The host was really jolly, we enjoyed our stay with her:) location was also nice :)

PENSION POD SKALOU is situated in Hřensko, 19 km from Königstein Fortress, 19 km from Saxon Switzerland National Park, and 40 km from Pillnitz Castle and Park.

The room was clean , the bed was big and comfortable, the bathroom was clean too. It was a walking distance to the town with few restaurants jsut few steps away. Good point to start hiking.

We really loved our stay at Penzion. A great place to relax and enjoy nature. Family oriented.The host and staff was super nice and hospitable . Location too was grand with an amazing view. It was a few steps away from the last bus stop which was super convenient to take you to the sight seeing destinations and the main train stations. The place has a restaurant and the food was another plus plus. Best authentic food I've had at any stay so far. Will definitely come again next summer if possible.

    Beautiful and comfortable cottage, placed in a very quiet and peacefull area, but close to every trail in national park. Perfectly clean with all the equipment that you may need. Well organised space inside, very functional. Good price and easy contact with the owners. Probably the best place I've ever booked on booking.com

    Nice, comfortable, quaint hotel, near located at all Hot Spots of the „bohemian Swiss“. Great selection at the breakfast buffet. We had small organization trouble regarding reservation with dog, but super well and discreetly solved from the manager. Thanks for that. 👍🏻👍🏻 When we we‘re near by, we would swing in again.

    A very friendly and quiet hotel. It is certainly a bit outdated, but still comfortable and very clean. Dinner and breakfast are nothing fancy, but healthy and sufficient. The surprise of the stay was a performance by a local jazz pianist. Made for a nice evening!

    Great location within the park, we went hiking a lot on trails that begin right next to the pension! The area is calm and quiet and the place is cozy, clean, comfortable and pleasant. The staff was INCREDIBLE, helped us with everything and really went above and beyond! We’re vegan and vegetarian, they really made an effort to adjust the food to us (although don’t expect lentils or tofu, it’s still the country area). We loved it and really felt at home. Wi-Fi was really good too!
